What's trending at our online partner, Third Coast Review. Then, world-renowned photographer David Yarrow joins Kerri and Bill in this exclusive interview. Yarrow's images range from the Arctic to the wilds of Alaska, from the South Sudan to the savannas of Africa, the badlands of the American West and the streets of Chicago. Yarrow follows the simple edict of his hero, war photographer Robert Capa. "If your pictures aren't good enough, then you aren't close enough." His conservationist photographs for endangered and threatened animals are iconic and powerful, his counter-culture images breathtaking. Yarrow talks about working with Pamela Anderson, explains the "Kennedy Dead" moment and the business of becoming a world-class photographer.

We feature Kerri's long and personal conversation with Chicago humanist artist Leo Segedin—a painter of Chicago neighborhoods. At 92, Leo still puts in full days at the studio. He talks with Kerri about his discipline as an artist, his fears as he came of age as a Jew during the Holocaust, and much, much more. He's an American treasure. We finish the hour with concert photographer Jim Sumaria about his new book with writer Mark Plotnick, Classic Rock: Photographs from Yesterday and Today, available now on Amazon.
