SO WHAT: It’s been one year since the launch of CHIRP Radio at 107.1FM! They’ve been on the FM airwaves on the Northside of Chicago shelling out some of the best music and want to celebrate this milestone with a party. There will be food, drinks, prizes, sets by CHIRP DJs DJ Stevo and Jessi DiBartolomeo, live music from Fauvely and more!

This exhibition/show will feature limited edition prints, pins, and other merchandise will be displayed around a completely transformed space. Performers and interactive sections will be going on during the opening event, allowing guests to participate in an immersive experience that will leave them mesmerized and potential collector of an exclusive art oddity.

The Hideout and 312unes have set up the most out-there show you’ll see this year: the Cosmic Country Showcase. Hosted by David Brown (of Helltrap Nightmare, so you know it's going to be good), the Cosmic Country Showcase will feature psychedelic, out-of-this-world country covers and originals from the likes Dougie Poole, Jessica Viscius (Bunny), Andrew Sa, Izzy Olive (Half Gringa), and more!

Día de los Muertos Xicágo @ National Museum of Mexican Art, 1852 W 19th St, 3:00pm - 8:00pm, All Ages
WHAT: A Day of the Dead event for your weekend
SO WHAT: Celebrate Día de los Muertos at the National Museum of Mexican Art as they transform the Museum and surrounding outdoor area into a beautiful space to remember departed loved ones. Guests will enjoy ofrenda (altar) demonstrations, live musical performances, face painting, art activities, and Pan de Muerto (traditional Day of the Dead Bread).
